Processing time: 2-5 business dayz. We ship thru USPS, once tracking has been sent it is out of our hands but we will do our best to help if an issue arrises :)

Every piece will be different, but I use stainless steel chain, hooks and beading wire.

Clasps are silver plated & nickel free.

Stainless steel prevents rusting and tarnishing

Silver plated clasps and beads will tarnish over time but with extra care, this can be prevented.

To take care of silver plated pieces, store in an airtight dry place.
